Karibu Trips

À propos

Karibu means welcome

Ka·ri·bu · /ka-REE-boo/ · Swahili

“Welcome. Come in.”

Said at doorways from Mombasa to Lubumbashi. It is the first word a guest hears and the promise behind every trip we sell.

What we stand for

Welcome

Every customer is a guest. We greet by name and answer fast.

Trust

Passports and visas are serious. Clear steps, honest prices.

Connection

Many nations, one network of people who help you get there.

Momentum

Always moving forward: the next trip, the next country.

Who we are

Karibu Trips is a travel agency built for travellers in Africa. We book flights, handle visa applications and run tours, for people travelling for holidays, family, business, study and pilgrimage.

We started with one observation: getting a visa or booking a trip from Douala, Lagos or Nairobi too often means unclear requirements, surprise fees and nobody answering the phone. We wanted to be the opposite — a good host. Clear steps, exact dates and prices, and a person who replies.

What we promise

  • No hidden fees. Government and airline charges are passed on at cost, and our service fee is shown separately before you pay.
  • No promises about visa decisions. Only an embassy decides. We make your application complete and correct, which is the best way to avoid delays and refusals.
  • Pay the way you live. Mobile money, cards, PayPal and bank transfer, in your own currency.
  • Always reachable. WhatsApp, phone and email, and online tracking for every booking.

Ten countries, one team

Karibu Trips serves travellers in Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal and Rwanda, with prices in each country's currency and a growing network of local partners.

A pin, a plane and a pencil

Many nations, one network

Our symbol joins four colours in one unbroken ring — orange for the warm welcome, green for the land, sky blue for the air and navy for trust. The plane climbs to the upper right, always forward; the pin stands on the horizon, because every trip ends somewhere.
